Rita Anthony is a certified Plant-based chef and certified instructor in weight loss and women’s health. As the owner of NuYu Nourish, she has spent more than a decade helping individuals and families discover how delicious, satisfying, and approachable whole-food, Plant-based cooking can be.

Specializing in oil-free, low-sodium and minimally processed meals, Rita combines practical cooking techniques with nutrition education to help participants create simple, nourishing meals at home. Through hands-on classes, cooking demonstrations, wellness retreats, and personal chef services, she inspires others to build confidence in the kitchen while supporting their health and wellness goals.

Known for her approachable teaching style and flavorful recipes, Rita believes healthy eating should be enjoyable, sustainable and accessible to everyone.
