Chef Craig has more than 25 years of culinary experience and began his career in Canada, where he earned both his culinary degree and Red Seal Journeyman certification. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside talented chefs and industry professionals, gaining extensive knowledge of diverse cuisines, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Since moving to Florida in 2015, he has shared his passion for cooking through classes for both adults and children at venues throughout the Tampa Bay area, including the Dunedin Fine Art Center. As a caterer and culinary educator, Chef Craig specializes in creating engaging, hands-on food experiences that bring people together through great food.
