The Dunedin Fine Art Center is committed to making creative education experiences in the visual arts accessible for everyone. Since our origin in 1969, the Dunedin Fine Art Center has expanded to meet the demand for classes. With the addition of our satellite campuses, we are able to accommodate all of those who want to get involved in the arts!
The Dunedin Fine Art Center’s Cottage Campus sits within the confines of Dunedin’s beautiful J.C. Weaver Park on St. Joseph Sound, less than two miles from DFAC’s main campus. As the name implies, classes are held in and around a 2000 square foot 1920’s cottage. In addition to housing, the Dunedin Fine Art Center’s printing press and printing program, the Cottage Campus is home to Stone Carving, Wood Turning and Plein-Air Painting. Students and faculty in all of these classes find the cottage’s location amidst the oaks and palms of this waterfront park to be inspirational.
