Join Chef Debbie McGiffin for these one-day, hands-on cooking workshops for teens. We will learn the basics of cutlery, how to read and understand a recipe and the practical art of ‘Mise en Place’ as well as a variety of cooking techniques. At the end of the class students will enjoy their creation together. Each workshop will have a different theme and will be from scratch.

January 9: Lasagna Soup, Antipasto salad sticks with creamy herb dressing, Jumbo stuffed shells with garlic cream sauce, Tiramisu cupcakes.
February 6: Philly Cheesesteak pasta, Creamy tomato soup, Pizza paninis, Peanut butter filled chocolate cookies.
April 3: Popcorn chicken with homemade ranch, Tortellini soup, Garlic knots with herb butter, cosmic brownies with ice cream.
May 1: Loaded nachos, BLT pasta salad, Homemade BBQ chicken and cheese sliders, summer berry tarts with whipped cream.
