Palm Café – Looking for a Lease Holder who Will Make a Difference!
The Palm Café at DFAC has been reimagined through a generous gift from the Collins Foundation and additional gifts from Gail Gamble and Dick & Sandy Kennedy. Rod Collman, architect of SDG Architecture, who has been involved with DFAC since its inception and NNN Kitchen Solutions have created an excellent kitchen with all new appliances and workspaces. The redesigned Palm Café is upbeat and will have that artistic vibe. Easy to manage with a Grab & Go Unit, new Point of Sale area and exciting extras such as new inside furniture, melamine dishes and flatware. All offered at no cost to the discerning Leasee. What we require is imagination and the desire to succeed.
The Palm Café is an integral part of the Arts Village that makes the Dunedin Fine Art Center (DFAC) one of the premier arts destinations in the Tampa Bay Region. DFAC has over 7000 students yearly and during the summer months a vibrant Arts Academy where the Palm Café is the vendor for the students’ lunches. Added to a built-in audience of students, DFAC has seven outstanding Galleries exhibiting national, regional and local art visited by local residents and thousands of visitors. DFAC offers ample marketing help to the Leasee who is prepared to go full throttle.
Looking towards the future when DFAC can resume its Openings for new art exhibits, events, such as the Annual Garden Party and Wearable Art. The Palm Café plays a major role in the catering for these events enhances the distinctive character of this welcoming organization
