FREE Coffee and Conversation with Chuck Vosburgh at the Dunedin Fine Art Center.
Hanging out, drinking delicious coffee, talking about art… ahhhh, that’s the life! Well, that IS the life at least for an hour or so each month at the Dunedin Fine Art Center’s Coffee and Conversation series. Enjoy FREE coffee (Presented by the Sterling Society of DFAC) and FREE insights as each month’s invited guest holds forth on their own area of expertise.
Thursday, October 11th at 12 noon, the series hosts photographer Chuck Vosburgh. Chuck will discuss the tools and techniques for creating a classic portrait, that not only captures the beauty of the subject but also give the viewer a sense of the subject’s personality. Ever wondered how the work of Rembrandt or Vermeer influenced photographic portraiture? Chuck’s got the answers for you!
As he should! Chuck Vosburgh is the only Adobe Certified Expert Instructor in the Tampa Bay area. He is also the author of three college textbooks for graphic artists and has written many magazine articles and is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars. Chuck works across the US and Europe as a full-time professional photographer and teaches part-time, which includes classes at the Dunedin Fine Art Center. Chuck’s easy way and thorough professionalism has won him many fans. He says “I want people to get the same benefits I’m getting and I honestly care about people’s artistic growth.”
So stop by for some Coffee & Conversation (both of which are FREE) and hopefully a little bit of “artistic growth.” Make sure to call ahead to the Palm Cafe’ (298.DFAC ext 237) and have lunch waiting for you!
