Happiness is not so much in having as sharing. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.
The Dunedin Fine Art Center’s current endowment is valued at $1.4 million. This is thanks largely in part to Oskar Elbert’s gift of $1 million, which has greatly helped us move forward toward our ultimate goal of $5 million within the next few years. The Dunedin Fine Art Center is able to carry out its mission thanks to our generous members, donors and patrons within the community. If you wish to make a lasting gift, consider making a gift to the Dunedin Fine Art Center’s endowment.
A History of the Dunedin Fine Art Center’s Endowment Fund:
We are deeply grateful for the individuals who have contributed to the Dunedin Fine Art Center’s endowment fund for the past three decades.
1978 Dr. Hale foresaw the need of an endowment fund and started a campaign known as the Will-A-Thon. He urged everyone to include the Dunedin Fine Art Center in their will for $1,000. Several donations were obtained this way. |

How You Can Help
When you choose to make a lasting gift of endowment, you help the Dunedin Fine Art Center fulfill its mission to provide quality experiences in the arts for people of all ages. We are grateful that we are able to raise 60 percent of our revenue from our education and exhibition programs, but we are constantly working to raise the remaining revenue through other means. Through your generous donations, you can help the Dunedin Fine Art Center reach its goals and continue to be the premiere art center in the Tampa Bay Area.
