Printmaker, writer, book artist, educator and librarian, Kaitlin Crockett is owner of the collaborative community print studio PRINT St. Pete. In this exhibition, the artist reflects on her journey toward self-acceptance using Letterpress and Risograph printmaking techniques. Vibrant layers of color, tactile textures, grainy imperfections, and bold typography present a deeply personal narrative on the universal experiences of resilience and self-compassion. Viewers are invited to consider their own evolving narratives in this participatory printmaking installation using handset movable type.
