Maine artist, Bill McCarthy exhibited a photographic series created at three environmentally and geographically distinct island locations: the active volcanic island country of Iceland, Bailey Island off the coast of Maine and local barrier island, Caladesi. The images captured an ancient view in today’s light, but ultimately, each image is a world unto itself.
