Aneka Ingold is an America artist living and working in Tampa Florida. She received her Masters in Fine Arts degree at Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids Michigan. Ingold’s artwork specializes in mixed media techniques, combining drawing and painting processes. Her work has been in exhibitions all over the county and has been included in numerous publications including American Art Collector, International Artist, Fine Art Connoisseur and New Visionary Magazine. In 2019, Ingold was named the inaugural winner of The Bennett Prize. The award is designed to propel the careers of women artists working in the figurative realist style. It is one of the largest art awards offered to women painters. In 2023, Ingold received Best of Show in the exhibition, SHE, at Art Fluent Gallery, as well as Special Merit Award in the Figural Competition for the publication Art and Color 365. Ingold is currently an adjunct professor at Hillsborough Community College teaching Visual Studies.
