The Dunedin Fine Art Center (DFAC) is excited to present the 19th annual wearable ART fashion show, “Blurred”, on August 23, 2025. This event celebrates the unique fusion of art, fashion, and community. It invites local artists and designers to break the boundaries of traditional fashion and explore the intersection of fine art and wearable design.
This year’s show will feature extraordinary pieces that dissolve the lines between fashion and art, reflecting the theme “Blurred”. These pieces will be a testament to the creative energy that thrives in Dunedin and the innovative spirit that defines the town’s artistic community.

Event Timeline
Pre-Party & Sponsor VIP Party at Community Center
- 5:45 PM – 7:00 PM: Doors open for the Pre-Party/Sponsor VIP Party at the Community Center. This exclusive event is for sponsors and VIP guests, featuring cocktails, appetizers, and a chance for early access to the festivities. It’s an opportunity to connect with fellow patrons, community leaders, and artists.
Pre-Watch Party at DFAC
- 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Pre-Watch Party opens at DFAC. Attendees can mingle, enjoy drinks, The Jewelry Box Pop-Up Exhibit and take part in the excitement leading up to the fashion show. This gathering offers an informal setting for guests to socialize and prepare for the night’s entertainment.
Fashion Show at Community Center
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM: VIP and Sponsor seating begins at the Community Center.
- 7:30 PM: General Admission doors open for the fashion show. Attendees will find their seats as the excitement builds.
- 8:00 PM – 9:15 PM: The Fashion Show begins, where local artists and designers will showcase their extraordinary wearable art creations. This runway event highlights the bold fusion of fashion and fine art, with innovative designs that defy conventions. Each piece is a masterpiece, capturing the spirit of the “Blurred” theme, blending mediums, textures, and concepts to create one-of-a-kind wearable pieces.
Afterglow Party at DFAC
- 9:30 PM – 10:30 PM: The Afterglow Party kicks off at DFAC, immediately following the fashion show. Enjoy an evening of music, drinks, and celebration as the vibrant atmosphere of the event continues into the night. This post-show gathering allows attendees to reflect on the show’s highlights while socializing in a relaxed, energetic environment.
After After-Party at Blur
- 10:30 PM – Close: The After After Party begins at Blur Nightclub, where the celebration continues. Join us at Dunedin’s iconic nightclub for music, dancing, and an unforgettable experience as the party goes into the late hours, marking the perfect conclusion to a night of creativity and community.
