W-MM125 Basic Quilling Skills with Janice Brock (2 Day Dec 6 and Dec 13)

The student will learn beginner shape making, gluing, shape arrangement as well as a short introduction on different 
techniques of quilling. Students will be encouraged to practice at home to master these skills. 
Students will also be introduced to quilling as an art with some brief history and interesting facts.  Quilling kit provided by 
Instructor.  Material fee $15 paid to instructor
