W-AM102 Artwork Archive Part II: Implementation and Expert Use with Evelyn Dufner

September 10 @ 6:00 pm 8:00 pm

Prerequisite: Artwork Archive: Master Your Art Management

You’ve mastered the basics—now let’s get your archive working for you! This intensive 2-hour session is a dedicated Q&A workshop designed to move you past initial setup and into confident use of Artwork Archive. Bring your laptop, your current inventory list, and a list of questions about specific needs (like creating collections, using the private viewing room, or tracking expenses). We will tackle your individual hurdles, troubleshoot common issues, and provide knowledgeable, personalized guidance on streamlining your catalog and documentation. This is your chance to get clarity on features and ensure you are maximizing the value of the platform for sales, exhibitions, and long-term curation.

Supply list:  Students are encouraged to bring their own technology and images of their work, and their login information so they can work with what they are familiar with.
