CL648 Bottles, Vases, and Vertical Forms with Glenn Woods

In this session we will explore making bottles, vases and other vertical forms appropriate for crystalline glazes. While this is a 6 week session, it is only 3 weeks of hands-on making, the rest of the sessions are dedicated to preparing pieces for the crystalline glaze process. Bring your ideas and skills you want to brush up on – we can address your own personal goals along with what we have planned for classtime. We will be finishing the pieces with crystalline glazes. We will discuss basic crystalline glaze formula, firing schedules, and the art of using crystalline glazes.
