Tampa Bay’s Most Beloved Art Garage Sale Returns for a Two-Day Community Celebration

DUNEDIN, FL — Hold onto your reins—Trashy Treasures is back! The Dunedin Fine Art Center (DFAC) invites the community to saddle up for Trashy Treasures 2026: Off to the Races, a two-day celebration of art, creativity, and community happening Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7, 2026.

Powered entirely by community donations, Trashy Treasures gives once-loved artwork and gently used art supplies a second life while raising vital funds to support DFAC’s exhibitions, education programs, and community initiatives. From original artwork to collectible finds and art supplies, this beloved annual event is a must for artists, collectors, students, and treasure hunters alike.

Community Party & Curated Auction

Friday, March 6, 2026 | 6:00–9:00 PM
Kick off the weekend with an evening of art, music, and surprises throughout the galleries. Guests will enjoy a curated silent auction featuring standout artwork, antiques and collectibles, along with select items available for immediate purchase.

Event highlights include:

Tickets are limited and expected to sell out.

Silent auction closes at 8:00 PM, with auction pick-up from 8:00–9:00 PM.

Trashy Treasures Art Garage Sale

Saturday, March 7, 2026 | 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
FREE admission for everyone!

DFAC Members receive early entry from 8:30–9:00 AM, offering first dibs on art supplies, artwork, and one-of-a-kind finds—perfect for artists and students looking to stock up. Once general admission begins, it’s a full-speed race to score the best creative treasures.

Donation Drop-Off Days

Community donations make Trashy Treasures possible. DFAC encourages the donation of artwork you’ve outgrown and gently used art supplies. Donors are asked to review the list of acceptable and unacceptable items prior to drop-off.

Mondays & Saturdays | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

All proceeds from Trashy Treasures directly support the Dunedin Fine Art Center’s mission to inspire, educate, and connect the community through the arts.
