DUNEDIN, FL – July 9, 2025 – The Dunedin Fine Art Center (DFAC) proudly announces the 19th annual wearable ART 19 fashion show, themed “Blurred,” taking place on Saturday, August 23, 2025. As one of the region’s most anticipated events, Wearable ART continues to challenge the boundaries between art and fashion, providing a unique platform for artists and designers to create truly one-of-a-kind works of wearable expression.
This year’s show explores the space where categories collide—where the lines between fashion and fine art are not just crossed but intentionally blurred. The result is a showcase of innovative, bold, and imaginative pieces that reflect the vibrant creativity and cultural heartbeat of Dunedin’s art scene.

In addition to spotlighting artistic innovation, Wearable ART 19: Blurred pays tribute to Blur Nightclub, an iconic Dunedin venue that has helped shape the city’s dynamic, inclusive downtown. A longstanding advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and a symbol of joyful self-expression, Blur’s cultural impact is woven throughout this year’s theme and celebration.
Event Schedule:
Pre-Party & Sponsor VIP Party (Community Center)
5:45 – 7:00 PM | Exclusive gathering for VIPs and sponsors with cocktails, appetizers, and artist meet-and-greets.
Pre-Watch Party (DFAC)
6:30 – 7:30 PM | Open to all attendees. Enjoy drinks and mingle before the main event.
Fashion Show (Community Center)
7:00 PM | VIP & Sponsor seating opens
7:30 PM | General Admission doors open
8:00 – 9:15 PM | The runway show begins, featuring groundbreaking wearable art inspired by the “Blurred” theme.
Afterglow Party (DFAC)
9:30 – 10:30 PM | Celebrate post-show with music, drinks, and good vibes at DFAC.
After After-Party (Blur Nightclub)
10:30 PM – Close | The celebration continues at Blur, with dancing and late-night fun in true Dunedin fashion.
