Dunedin, FL — The Dunedin Fine Art Center (DFAC) is thrilled to announce its 39th Annual Holiday Invitational Exhibition: Deck the Halls & Walls! This beloved holiday tradition transforms the galleries into a festive marketplace of creativity, featuring original works by local and regional artists—each piece ready to take home and enjoy.
Each year, DFAC’s curator assembles a vibrant collection of fine art and artisan gifts with a gift-giving perspective in mind. The result is a showcase filled with unique, handcrafted treasures that your friends and family would be delighted to find under the tree. From paintings and pottery to jewelry and artist-made ornaments, this show celebrates the joy of collecting and giving local art.
In keeping with tradition, the Holiday Invitational is a “buy-and-take” exhibition—purchases can go home with you the same day. See a painting you love? Take it right off the wall. Admire a hand-made ornament? Take it to the cashier! With over 1,000 artist-made ornaments and countless one-of-a-kind creations, this is your opportunity to shop local and support the arts in the most joyful way.
The exhibition opens Saturday, November 1st, coinciding with Art Harvest weekend (November 1st & 2nd), the long-standing outdoor art fair hosted by the Junior League of Dunedin/Clearwater in Highlander Park next door. DFAC will feature extended hours during Art Harvest—10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with children’s museum hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., making for a perfect holiday art outing for all ages.
The Opening Reception will be held on Friday, November 7th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
- DFAC Members: Free admission with early entry at 5:30 p.m.
- Not-Yet Members: $10 online | $12 at the door
Guests can enjoy great food, a cash bar, and the joyful spirit of the season while they mingle, shop, and celebrate creativity and community at DFAC.
