Fall Exhibits Kick-Off Tasty 2018-19 Season at the Dunedin Fine Art Center
Anticipating the launch of DFAC’s new Food Arts educational program this winter, DFAC’s fall exhibits showcase an ensemble of exceptional artists from near and far on the concept of …. wait for it… FOOD! The interpretations are wide and the selections tantalizing. It’s sure to be a feast for the eyes and mind.

Saturday September 8th marks the opening of the 20th annual children’s hands-on exhibit, also named Fantabulous Foods. This interactive hands on experience for 4.5 to 12 year olds provides an environment where you can explore the ART of FOOD. This exhibit runs though August 4, 2019 in the David L. Mason (DLM) Children’s ART Museum at DFAC.
There are TWO DAYS (well an evening and a day!) of celebration to kick of DFAC’s 2018-19 season. Five of the exhibits open the evening of Friday, September 7th. The evening starts with an Artists Talk from 6-7 pm and is followed by a reception from 7-9 pm.
Saturday, September 8th is all about the kids, featuring CAR PAINTING, FREE Hot Dogs, LIVE music and LOTS of Hands-on fun in the DLM Children’s ART Museum from 10 am through 2 pm.
