Regardless of where, when or even if Hurricane IRMA decides to make landfall, we know that everyone is busy making their own personal plans for the safety and well-being of themselves and their families. We don’t want to hamper those personal decisions in ANY way.

In order to clear our calendars for ALL of our DFAC family, we are making MANY changes in our plans!

1.) The Opening Reception and Artist Talk for our beautiful new Fall Exhibits are being POSTPONED from Friday, September 8th to to Friday September 22nd. Same time (6-7 pm for the Artist Talk and 7-9 pm for the reception) and same place (ALL of DFAC’s Galleries).

2.) The 2017 Kid’s ART Fest scheduled for Saturday, September 9th is being CANCELLED. The Awards ceremony for the Positively Pagemaker exhibition will be held in conjunction with our Opening Reception and Artist Talk for our beautiful new Fall Exhibits on Friday, September 22nd. 6pm – 9pm with award ceremony at 6:30 pm.

3.) We’re POSTPONING the WHOLE FIRST WEEK of our Fall I class session. Classes scheduled to start Monday, September 11, will NOW begin on Monday, September 18. Tuesday the 12th classes start on Tuesday, the 19th, etc., etc.

The DFAC offices will ALSO be closed from Friday, September 8th THROUGH Monday, September 11th. Please check our website at www.dfac.org for further scheduling.
