DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, December 2 and Wednesday\, December 3Intermediate\, Advanced \n\n\n\n\n\nStarting a pastel with an underpainting gives you a roadmap of shapes\, values\, temperatures\, and color. Learn a variety of underpainting techniques in these two ½ day workshops. On Day 1\, we’ll begin counting the ways we can underpaint by doing a series of studies using underpainting with a dark color\, pastel and alcohol\, an overall warm color\, and Art Graf or watercolor. On the next day\, Day 2\, you’ll select the underpainting technique you enjoyed the most and paint a larger pastel. Will underpainting take you to the depth and breath your soul can reach?
