With the ongoing threat from COVID-19 (coronavirus), impacting all of our lives, the board and staff of the Dunedin Fine Art Center (DFAC) feel it is only prudent to postpone what was to be our 40th Annual Garden Party on April 5th of this year. While this is of course an important event for the well-being of our organization, the health of our community must be our priority.
As we move forward, with plans to maintain the safety and health of everyone involved with DFAC, we anticipate the time when these health threats are behind us. We look forward to the time when we can turn to the arts to find the healing and inspiration we know they will bring a community that will be in need of it.
Thank you for continuing to be an important part of the community that we call the Dunedin Fine Art Center. It is all of us coming together that gives us strength. It is that strength that will see us through to a healthier place, where we can continue to share our passions.
Please note that as of today, March 13th, we continue to share our galleries and classrooms with our community. We only ask that everyone share some common-sense practices that we know will serve us well. Please click HERE if plan to visit us in the near future.
If you have any questions, please contact us. We hope by being open and transparent about our planning, we can weather whatever the storm may bring us.
We heard it through the grapevine that the Dunedin Fine Art Center’s 40th annual Garden Party is going to be a BLAST!
We can’t wait to share the festivities with you!
