• 1 Newsprint pad (18” x 24” or larger) with 50 or more sheets

• 1 Multimedia paper pad (18” x 24” or larger) with 30 or more sheets

• 5 each of 2B, 4B, and 6B charcoal pencils

• 5 soft black charcoal sticks (4B or 6B for example)

• 3 soft colored charcoal pastels (in dull, non-distracting colors)

• 3 white soft chalk pastels

• Erasers (pink and kneaded)

• Yardstick

• 3 ft. of string

• Exacto blade (for sharpening charcoal pencils) or really good sharpener
