Celebrate Independence Day by learning some new grilling techniques! Students will make grilled strip steak with a shallot brown butter sauce, Spanish grilled shrimp with garlic smoked paprika aioli, grilled asparagus with a basil pesto, and grilled pineapple bourbon caramel ice cream.
Students are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with their meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair.
Students must register in groups of 2, 3 or 4 (Tuition is per student). It is recommended that students only register with someone they currently live with. We unfortunately cannot accommodate individual students at this time.
Please note, couples/pairs or groups will work together in close proximity at a cooking station. By registering for this class, the students acknowledge that they will be in close contact with the student they register with. Students will not sit down to eat a meal together, but they will enjoy their creations at the cooking station with their own group, while remaining socially distanced from other participants, as per CDC guidelines.
