Join Chef Craig and learn about French cuisine! Chicken and leeks with a white wine butter sauce, pom frits truffle aioli, gem lettuce, lardon salad with goat cheese and champagne vinaigrette, and profiteroles with vanilla cream.
Students are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with their meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair.
Students must register in groups of 2, 3 or 4. It is recommended that students only register with someone they currently live with. We unfortunately cannot accommodate individual students at this time.
Please note, couples/pairs or groups will work together in close proximity at a cooking station. By registering for this class, the students acknowledge that they will be in close contact with the student they register with. Students will not sit down to eat a meal together, but they will enjoy their creations at the cooking station.
