In Spanish cuisine, tapas are small portions of food. In this class, students will make grilled shrimp gazpacho, pork tenderloin pinchoes with wine and apple reduction, tomato jam and Serrano ham on toasted bread, and potato bravas.
Students are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with their meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair.
Students must register in groups of 2, 3 or 4. It is recommended that students only register with someone they currently live with. We unfortunately cannot accommodate individual students at this time.
Please note, couples/pairs or groups will work together in close proximity at a cooking station. By registering for this class, the students acknowledge that they will be in close contact with the student they register with. Students will not sit down to eat a meal together, but they will enjoy their creations at the cooking station.
