Improve your knife skills and learn safety, speed, organization and precision. The chef will teach you how to choose the best knife and knife maintenance, including honing and sharpening, all while cooking a delicious meal.
Pan fried trout with sofrito, grilled zucchini with lemon chopped herbs and goat cheese, and sliced strawberries zabaglione.
Ages 17 and up.
Adult students (21 and over) are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of choice to enjoy with their meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair. *Substitutions cannot be made the day of class.
