Fennel rubbed pork tomahawk with a smoked tomato compote, goat cheese and lentil, butter lettuce with a lardon vinaigrette, and cinnamon apple pascade with whipped crème fraiche.
Ages 17 and up.
Adult students (21 and over) are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of choice to enjoy with their meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair. *Substitutions cannot be made the day of class.
Students must register in groups of 2, 3 or 4. It is recommended that students only register with someone they currently live with. We unfortunately cannot accommodate individual students at this time.
Please note, masks are required. Couples/pairs or groups will work together in close proximity at a cooking station. By registering for this class, the students acknowledge that they will be in close contact with the student they register with. Students will not sit down to eat a meal together, but they will enjoy their creations at the cooking station.
