In this hands-on class, students will learn how to cook with wine! The menu includes white wine braised chicken with wild mushrooms, smashed potatoes with rosemary salt, grilled pear and walnut salad, and skillet pecan brownies with brandied whip cream.
Adult students (21 and over) are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of choice to enjoy with their meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair.
Students must register in groups of 2, 3 or 4. It is recommended that students only register with someone they currently live with. We unfortunately cannot accommodate individual students at this time.
Please note, couples/pairs or groups will work together in close proximity at a cooking station. By registering for this class, the students acknowledge that they will be in close contact with the student they register with. Students will not sit down to eat a meal together, but they will enjoy their creations at the cooking station.
