Chef Tara Valle

Chef Tara Valle began cooking at the age of 7. She entered the workforce at 14 where she served as a waitress, prep cook and hostess at Mom and Pop restaurant in St. Louis Missouri. In 2013 she became a classically trained Chef who specializes in Global Cuisine and Culinary Traditions. Her unparalleled culinary excellence led her to a 1st place medal from the American Culinary Federation’s professional cooking competition in Orlando Florida. She also earned a national seat, on a 50 chef panel for the National Pork Summit in Napa Valley California, Hosted by the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone.

Today Chef Tara Valle is a Culinary Instructor, High Volume Caterer and Private Event Chef. Additionally, she has mastered Specialty Cakes. Her handmade “Boutique Sweets” won her “Creative Loafing Tampa Bay, BEST BRUNCH BITE 2025”
