Note: "view schedules" for more time options. Six individual sessions creating and using art therapeutically in a nonclinical setting. Each session is tailored to the participant interest and style. Art encourages creativity, reduces stress, improves self-esteem, and can assist with increasing emotional awareness and healing. The creative process using art allows an opportunity to non-verbally express emotions when appropriate, as well assist with spatial reasoning, eye-hand coordination, concentration, attention to detail and creativity. Great for children with a variety of challenges socially, emotionally, physically, including and not limited to ADD/ADHA, ODD, Spectrum and learning challenges. Ages 8 - 16 Mason is a studio artist, drawing and painting instructor, and an artist in healthcare professional, with a BFA from the School of Visual Art and an MA in Arts in Medicine from University of Florida.
